Pfizer Patient Navigators (PNs) help connect patients living with a rare disease to educational resources. Members of the team can provide you with resources for awareness and education on rare diseases. Some of the ways a team member can help patients and their caregivers include:
- Connect with independent advocacy groups that can provide resources and support
- Provide educational resources about living with a rare disease
- Connect with hemophilia organizations and find community events near you
